West Coast IPA, kinda. A similar formulation to strike gently. A little bit of wheat was added to the grist. Fermented with Conan instead of Chico (first time ever using Conan). sufficiently hopped with Cascade, Citra & Simcoe hops in the kettle and dry-hop. Lagered for 2 weeks. kinda bright with the slightest of hop haze from above average hopping rates for the style. Really really peachy! More west than east.
