Bringing Mosaic to the whirlpool is key on this one – that ultra-high oil content brings an incredible amount of balance to what we’ve put into the aromatic side; a four way dance of the most intense varietals we have in stock in Simcoe, Citra, Galaxy and even more Mosaic, this beer cascades across the palate with a symphony of stonefruit, blueberry, mango, and crushed gooseberries.
 
All wrapped up in our house LA3 strain for maximum suspension, this is a beer that encapsulates everything we love about modern IPAs – soft, pillowy, juicy and delicious.
