This West Coast Double IPA draws its power from many fonts of flavor; old and new, near and far. From the old world, Simcoe and Mosaic plus a sneaky addition of Columbus Cryo lay down a foundation of dankness and dark berries with a bit of tropicality. Nectaron, Nelson, and Strata then come in with some brighter notes of pineapple, stonefruit, and gooseberry to round out the profile into something bold, fruity, and dangerously crushable.
