We teamed up with Mikkeller and got to work with an old friend: Dionisis, who once brewed here at Electric Bear. He loves his stouts, so we just had to brew this one together.

This Maple & Tonka Imperial Stout celebrates Nox, the Roman goddess of night, with rich, bold flavours built for the shadows. Loaded with maple syrup, decadent tonka bean, and a hefty malt bill balanced by classic Goldings hops, it pours velvety and midnight-dark. Subtle notes of liquorice, cinnamon, and currants linger.
