Stollen from Ivor is a dip into the fun and playfulness of beer, taking inspiration from flavours of the German seasonal sweet treat, Stollen cake, filled with delicious spices, nuts and dried fruit. Or for you all who’ve had to make the text bigger on your phone, the name might sound awfully inspired by a certain chain fashion shop that was particularly popular in and around Manchester since the 60’s.
