We’ve climbed to the top alongside our friends in Cornwall, Verdant Brewing, to toast this hop-forward collaborative gem for our 10th anniversary.

Hops play a starring role in this beer: on one hand, Simcoe and Mosaic, classic varieties that bring familiar aromas with citrusy and tropical notes; on the other, Riwaka and Strata, more distinctive, giving Aia’s Peaks character, personality, and an unexpected touch that makes it unique.
This is the sixth of nine collaborations celebrating our 10th anniversary, a beer that combines juiciness, texture, and hop-forward creativity.
