A new farmhouse ale, fermented with the same mix of yeasts and bacteria as the beloved Hay Day. Aged in barrels that previously held Yasnogorodsky red wine. The bouquet features: the aroma of hay, moderate acidity, slightly tannic in the aftertaste.
