Our Dreaming Of... series returns to one of its earliest entries, and a beautifully balanced hop which adds a huge breadth of aroma and flavour to any beer or all on its own. Nelson Sauvin produces enticing aromas of honeysuckle, freshly cut grass and pink grapefruit, leading into tart gooseberry, medium-dry Riesling and honeydew. Delicate bitterness follows a melody of citrus marmalade and bassy, mellow nectarine.
