In the 2022 blend, we used a mix of foraged wild plums, damsons, blackberries & elderberries, alongside the usual wild hops found naturally along many of the brewery's surrounding hedgerows & lanes. It's one of our favourites, with the dry, slightly tannic finish balancing out with the intense jamminess of the fruits.
