We teamed up again with our New Jersey homies Twin Elephant Brewing on this banger of a hazy double. We added Cascade hops to the mash tun creating a load of hop thiols. We then fermented the wort using a special yeast to unlock the thiols. The result is a fruit punch explosion of berries, pineapples, mangoes, and rememories of lunch box fruit roll-ups.
