An intense, fruit-forward wild sour that brings together classic flavour combinations with a rounded complexity.

Starting with a sour ale base, we added whole Muscat grapes to provide a sweet, vinous baseline with the complementary addition of quince to bring balance through sharp acidity before refermenting.
