After a very successful collaboration with the nicest brewery in Tallinn, Brouwerij KEES and Pohjala are doing it all over again. This Quadrupel has been aged in Piana Vyshnia barrels for a year. Piana Vyshnia is a sherry liqueur with origins in Ukraine. The taste of this wood-aged Quadrupel is a nice balance between spicy and sweet. Expect tones of caramel, spices and of course the sherry!
