A good friend of the brewery, David, unfortunately passed away suddenly last year. David was a regular at Frontaal and, together with the brewers, had selected a number of wooden barrels for beer to mature. Now, a year later, we are releasing this beer as a tribute to David under the name David vs. Goliath. It is a barrel aged barleywine matured on Heaven Hill, Four Roses and Wild Turkey. Let us drink this beer in memory of our dear friend, and let us honor his memory.
Rest in peace, David. We will never forget you.
