EBK is a well established beer at this point (and F'ing delicious if we do say so ourselves). So, for our 10-Year Anniversary, we decided to make a special version of EBK to celebrate. No serious changes to recipe, but we did go with a more robust (aka expensive) hop profile than we normally do. Yep, all the cool kid hops including Galaxy, Nelson Sauving, Riwaka, and of course Citra. BOOM.
