Tint rebel turned the power level of theirbrewhouse to OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND. Saisons are traditionally brewed in cooler months ready for the sunny days of spring and summer. So during a wet March they got to work on something that would be perfect for when the sun finally comes out. A classic Wallonian saison develops earthy, peppery notes in fermentation. Kaffir Lime leaves and Lemon verbena give the beer a big whack of citrus, which is supercharged by three mega-citrussy hops. A truly Super Saison!
