"Is Jesus alive? We don;t know. Did Jesus get offspring descendants that are living today? We don;t know. But since God created everything, you could call this a collaboration with God. Pale yellow colour, lively and crispy, with a generous head of foam and a strong carbonation. It has a youthful freshness, spicy and slightly tart. This beer has a unique character: not arrogant or brash, but not submissive. Vieille Ville manages to beautifully balance, elegance with the rusticity of Brettanomyces, which should see it gradually improve over time and make it more complex with age.
