A near black beer that's been infused with loads of big American hops. The aroma is one of an IPA and the initial flavours are similar. The end however brings in slight chocolate flavours that dwell within the darkness of this grand beer. This is truly special.

Humulus Black Stoner IPA
Toasty IPA concocted from American hops and a trio of malts. Elav’s flagship Black IPA gives away its secrets in the pouring. A heady aroma resonates with coffee and barley, while the frothy golden head betrays a palate of citrus and American Cascade hops. Pleasingly, this Black Stoner IPA tastes every bit as dope as it looks.
The name’s a tautology and the beer is complex and stunning. Five malts and six hops combine to provide bitter chocolate flavours with dark roasted fruits. Voted World’s Best IPA 2012 and 2013 at the World Beer Awards.
Holy Cowbell India Stout
The Bollywood of beers. Beavertown wanted to build a recipe which really pushed the love affair between dark malts and hops. So they designed the brew around allowing the hops to sing on top of a dark malt bomb. The aim was to brew an almost dark chocolate-like base beer and then pile on with the tropics of summit and centennial hops, lifting the waves of smooth chocolate off the tongue. Basically lots and lots of hops are added in their masses at the end of the boil and then in dry hop, to extract maximal hop flavour and aroma!
