Honey I Drunk The Nibs

Our second ever Imperial Stout - this time brewed with some pretty special malts, including; Honey, Dextrin & Aromatic Malt to add a gentle, biscuity sweetness and complexity.
We introduced Honey during the boil and again during fermentation to add a delicate honey aroma and flavour. Cacao Nibs added toward the end of fermentation leave the beer with a smooth, dark chocolate finish.
