We brewed Sinker Oak according to the pattern of the "1000 Years of Tradition" infusion, which our brewer Mikuláš made for our Beer Fest in 2022. At that time, he reaped great fame and a big batch was only a matter of time. Thanks to the use of wood chips, we can give the beer a very intense wooden character in a surprisingly short time and thus create a unique, delicate taste that resembles vanilla. Thanks to the short but intensive extraction, a minimum amount of tannins is released from the wood and the beer remains very soft. The fine modern Czech hop Harmonie works wonders with the elegant notes of the American oak.
