Our popular Stout after a year of aging. During that time, its shapes, taste and aroma have become beautifully rounded. Its aroma is dominated by roasted coffee notes from roasted unmalted barley. It tastes like coffee and chocolate. It is wonderfully soft and velvety. The hop aroma is minimal, with a lower edge and bitterness, medium fullness and finish. Dark Matter is almost opaque and has a proper dense beige foam.
