So cool to brew a beer with the wonderful Masahiro from Uchu Brewing. This is a special IPA that is loaded with the superstars Citra and Mosaic both hot and cold side. The twist comes with a whack of Yuzu juice in the fermenter! We haven't held back. Expect huge citrus and tropical flavours with a slight tart citric note from the yuzu. This is very special.
