Beer 1 of 2 (New England IPA) from our VelociRapture Divine | Divide project where we took 1 base beer and made two different opposing IPA styles from that same brewday base. The New England style of IPA can be traced back to the delights of Vermonts very own The Illusionist brewery in the USA. This style of beer is renowned for low bitterness and big, sweet, juicy flavours with a soft mouthfeel. Tasting notes Peach, tropical fruits, watermelon, marshmallow.
