We’re really taking things up a level since our Joe stepped into his head brewer role in the last year. With his passion for exploration and experimentation within our beers, we have better access to hops than ever before across our entire eight year history and it’s on full display in Twin Current. We know Citra and Mosaic are champions league as a combination, but we’ve brought the BBC versions of these hops to the hot side - intentionally higher in oil content to bring a bright and fresh underlying bitterness to the drinking experience, before absolutely top loading the cold side of this beer with Idaho 7 - both in its T90 and CGX form, as well as even more Citra and Mosaic in their Lupomax forms to elevate and advance on a classic combination to take things to a brand new level.
