Rex Machina is brewed with a base of pilsner malt, oats, and white wheat, and a healthy dose of Citra and El Dorado T90 in the whirlpool. We then dry hopped with Citra T90, Citra Cryo, El Dorado T90, El Dorado Cryo, and some Nectaron T90 for good measure. El Dorado is one of Weldwerks’ favorite hops, so it’s the feature hop in Rex Machina. We added an extra dose of Citra Hyperboost in the brite beer tank (new for this batch) right before packaging to give it some extra aromatic oomph.
