TDH IPA – Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin.

Well! What can we say? This is a single hopped, triple dry hopped, Nelson Sauvin fever dream. We used this absolute banger of a NZ hop at every stage of the brew and then triple dry hopped it just to make sure we got our point across. It’s deliciously dry and full of grape skin, passion fruit, crisp white wine and a deep, earthy dankness. Dense, juicy and surprisingly complex. A true Sauvin celebration!
