Our dark wild ale in its purist form. Blend #2 of this beer is made up of 2 barrels with an average age of 12 months in oak. Like its sister Dawn, the subtleties of both yeast character and unique barrels are brought to the fore. The aroma of this blend is bursting with toasted pecan, dark chocolate and dense rye bread. The flavour has a clean lactic acidity that leads into sweet candied red apple and orange zest. Before finishing rich and chocolatey.
