Don't Worry Bee Heavy
Our in-house collaboration with Brussels Beer Project and an innovative take on the Scotch Ale style. 13 different grains add layers of complexity with combinations of caramel, toast and tobacco-like notes from peated malt. The roasted and subtle smoked flavours are balanced with honey. Scottish Ale yeast used gives rise to raisin, Dundee cake-like and stone fruit flavours that works in harmony with the honey to give this beer its sweetness and warmth.
