Project Barista - Crema
Siren Craft Brew
Crema is a white stout with German Whiskey barrel aged coffee, which builds on Siren's continuing experiments with the ageing of coffee beans. Siren steeped Tamp's coffee in a fermenter at both 21 degrees and 0 degrees to accentuate the low notes of the coffee, whiskey, wood and vanilla. Then they took 25kg of German whiskey aged coffee and added vanilla and cocoa nibs to create a sweet white stout that completely defies the way it looks.
Honourably named after New Zealand's national style of barista coffee. A title that has been wrestled away from freeze dried instant coffee and made our country one of the best coffee nations in the world. In our own humble opinion.... Brewed with coffee, vanilla beans and lactose.
Left Hand Brewing
This English style of beer, also known as Sweet Stout or Cream Stout, first appeared in London in the late 1800’s. The early brewers touted the health benefits of the milk sugar in this beer which today relates mainly to the increased amount of calories (no real health benefits…sorry). The milk sugar adds a well rounded sweetness to this dark beer and makes it an outstanding, year ‘round stout.
Peanut Butter Milk Stout
Belching Beaver Brewery
This beer is refreshingly smooth, tasting of roasted coffee, chocolate and peanut butter. Brewed with rolled oats and lactose, this beer has a silky-smooth mouth-feel finish. Don’t let the colour fool you. This dark beer is easy-drinking.
Wild Beer Co.
Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish seas sales give a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.
Mochachocolata Ya Ya!
Electric Bear Brewing Co.
Pours a dark chocolate brown with a nice frothy tan head. Array of caramel, coconut and dark stone fruits on the nose. Dark stone fruits, caramel and coconut that dissipate to leave a velvety smooth and balanced malty finish on the pallet. World Beer Awards UK winner in the chocolate and coffee flavour category
Nightmare On Bold Street - BB 15.09.17
A luxuriously smooth milk stout, infused with the finest coffee beans.
Brewdog's first small-batch canned release of 2017 is hot off the press and looks an absolute picture thanks to the amazing custom can artwork from the incredible guys at The Red Dress. They wanted to produce something of true decadence, so have packed into the recipe everything that they could think of to raise the body and make a smooth, truly redolent deep stout. The four key additions exaggerate the mouthfeel and work with the blend of malts, oats and wheat to leave you with a beer that is best enjoyed on those dark, early-spring evenings when the weather is yet to break and the cold still seeps in around the door jambs. The result? In a word, opulence. The aromas start with cocoa and vanilla but it is the flavour that really holds the key to our latest small-batch release. Chocolate milkshake, roasty espresso and mellow vanilla blend into one in a smooth, full-bodied beer that is rich, deep and rewarding.
Cold Brew Black Heart
Espresso milk stout - a Sheffield Beer Week and Frazer's coffee roasters collaboration.
When you get to that time of day when that cup of hot coffee is no longer the answer, and you need something with a little extra kick, plait your bear, stick on your eye patch and grab a Black Perle. This milk stout is chock full of roasty malts, milk sugar, hopped with hand full’s of perle plundered from the unsuspecting and aged on a chest full of Zamorana coffee beans.
Café Racer is a dark roasted coffee and vanilla porter with a hint of danger. A nod to the speed-crazed bikers who risked life and limb to race from one greasy spoon café to the next – dark as your favourite leathers, smooth as a Triumph Bonneville and crazy as going ton-up and heading for the hairpin.
